Individual, Couple & Family Counselling

Do I need help?

Are relationships difficult for you?  Is getting the right life balance a challenge?  Do you get enough “me” time?  Do you get too much “me” time?  Is grief an issue for you at the moment?  Is “lack of grief” an issue for you when you think you SHOULD be feeling grief?

We all have life concerns, some of which are normal, but sometimes it’s good to be reminded that they ARE normal.

On the other hand, as a result of something … you might be feeling  unusual anger, grief, guilt, concern, hesitancy …  Alternatively you might be aware that you are getting something  way out of proportion.  Another common thing for people to realize, especially in relationships, is that they seem to have “patterns” of behaviour.  Sometimes those patterns make life more difficult than it needs to be.  We can take stock of whether you can do anything about those patterns.  99.9% of the time we CAN.

My training and experience has involved problems associated with:

Relationships, domestic violence or abuse, workplace abuse,  alcoholism and drug addiction, addictions in general,  depression, phobias, grief and loss, teenagers, anger management, separation and divorce, family counselling.
